Regarding publishing of short-term re-tender invitation notice number-12/2024-25

Regarding Expression of Interest related to selection of suppliers for procurement of material under MNREGA.

For providing generator service for uninterrupted power supply in all government health institutions under Katihar district, tender PR NO-13759 (Health) 2024.25 was published through newspapers and published on Katihar NIC on 04.12.2024 in which a total of 15 tenders were received. In the light of the above, the scheduled date for opening the technical tender was fixed on 30.12.2024 under the chairmanship of District Officer, Katihar and the first tender received in front of the selection committee and the present tenderers was observed by all and after signing the received tender, the technical tender was opened in the presence of all while doing videography. On 30.12.2024, the technical bid of the tender received by the selection committee was observed which is as follows.-

Regarding publishing tender in major newspapers for operation of District Guest House, Katihar through outsourcing.

With reference to the tender for Soundless Generator, it is informed that the date of opening of tender on 27.12.2024 is postponed due to unavoidable reasons. The said tender will be opened on 30.12.2024 at 3:30 pm.

Regarding publication of ultra-short line postal notice no.-06/2024-25

Outsourcing of Alternate Power Backup (Generator) Services in DH, RH, SDH, CHC, PHC, APHC (L1 Facility) Government Healthcare Facilities & DHS along with Operation and Maintenance of Diesel Engine Generator sets installed at District Hospital in the Katihar District.
