In the light of the requisition made by the Head of Office of various offices due to less posting against the sanctioned strength of personnel in various offices/branches of the district under Katihar district, from the administrative point of view in the interest of work and public interest, the following personnel have been appointed against their names as per the following table. Deputation/additional charge is given in the office mentioned in Column-4 till further orders

Following Executive Assistants posted at the same place for the last three years or more in Katihar District are being transferred and posted shown in Column 5 in the interest of office work and administrative point of view –

Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin, Rural Housing Supervisors, Executive Assistants and Computer Operators (Housing) employed at the block level, Rural Housing Assistants, Executive Assistants working in Block Coordinator-LSBA, (Block Office) posted in various blocks for the last three years or more, are transferred and posted in the block office mentioned in column-05 in front of their names as per the following table in the light of the order No. 773 / Sth. Katihar, dated-12.06.2024 of the District Magistrate, Katihar, from the work interest and administrative point of view.

The following Technical Assistants, Accountant-cum-IT Assistants, Block Executive Assistants, Panchayat Executive Assistants who have been posted on contract at the same place for the last three years or more in various Panchayat office of the district, are being transferred in the interest of work and from the administrative point of view. He will be posted in the newly established Child Development Project mentioned in column 05 against his name

The following Lady supervisors, block coordinators, data entry operators/executive assistants (from the district panel), who have been posted on contract at the same place for the last three years or more in various child development project offices of the district, are being transferred in the interest of work and from the administrative point of view.
