In the light of the direction given by the Director, (Secondary Education), Education Department, Bihar Patna, by the letter no. 816 dated 18.11.2024 and departmental order no. 566 dated 16.07.2024, it has been decided to re-counselling the teacher candidates whose certificates could not be verified due to various reasons from the counseling completed for the successful candidates of the Local Body Teacher Competence Examination 2024 (First) as per the slot fixed in the period from 21.11.2024 to 26.11.2024. For Katihar district, the date from 21.11.2024 to 26.11.2024 has been fixed.

Under the Bihar Law Officer (Commitment) Rules, 2023, applications are invited in the following biodata form from such advocates for appointment to the post of Special Public Prosecutor Labor Act, Dowry Prohibition Act, Food Safety and Standards Act, Food Mixing Act, Environment and Forest Act, Human Rights Protection Act, Human Trafficking and Child Labor Act for Katihar district, who have practical experience of performing legal profession in courts established by regular law for at least 10 years. Also, it will be mandatory to attach self-attested income tax of the last 03 financial years with the application
