Under the Bihar Law Officer (Commitment) Rules, 2023, applications are invited in the following biodata form from such advocates for appointment to the post of Special Public Prosecutor Labor Act, Dowry Prohibition Act, Food Safety and Standards Act, Food Mixing Act, Environment and Forest Act, Human Rights Protection Act, Human Trafficking and Child Labor Act for Katihar district, who have practical experience of performing legal profession in courts established by regular law for at least 10 years. Also, it will be mandatory to attach self-attested income tax of the last 03 financial years with the application

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 has been enacted to create a conducive environment for women at the workplace and to prevent sexual harassment against them.
