Under the Bihar Legal Officer (Undertaking) Rules, 2023, applications are hereby invited in the prescribed bio-data format for the post of Special Public Prosecutor (under the Human Trafficking and Child Labour Act) for Katihar district, giving a final opportunity to those advocates who have not submitted an application in the past.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of practical experience in legal practice before courts established by law. It is mandatory to attach self-attested income tax returns for the last three financial years with the application.

Under the MGNREGA scheme, the District Rural Development Agency, Katihar, through letter no. 96 dated 21.02.2025, invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested, registered suppliers for the supply of materials up to 11.03.2025. The scrutiny of received EOIs/documents was scheduled from 13.03.2025. This process was conducted as per the guidelines of the Commissioner, MGNREGA (letter no. 232 dated 04.02.2020) and under the Bihar Financial Rules, 2005.
