Letter No-69 Date-17/01/2025

For providing generator service for uninterrupted power supply in all government health institutions under Katihar district, tender PR NO-13759 (Health) 2024.25 was published through newspapers and published on Katihar NIC on 04.12.2024 in which a total of 15 tenders were received. In the light of the above, the scheduled date for opening the technical tender was fixed on 30.12.2024 under the chairmanship of District Officer, Katihar and the first tender received in front of the selection committee and the present tenderers was observed by all and after signing the received tender, the technical tender was opened in the presence of all while doing videography. On 30.12.2024, the technical bid of the tender received by the selection committee was observed which is as follows.-

In relation to the above subject, it is to be informed that in the light of Urban Development and Housing Department’s letter no. 4081, dated 26.12.2024, under Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) 2.0, under paragraph no. 4 (i) of the letter “Swachhata Sathi” For uploading general information related to selection on the website.
